一、引言:

随着越来越多真空热处理设备的广泛应用,如何通过设备来提高工作效率已经是众多热处理企业追求的问题,本系统是BG电子独立研发出第六代操作系统,具有完全自主知识产权;性能稳定;自动化程度高;故障率低;易操作等特点。

第六代操作系统在原有基础上增加了变频通讯(转速自动调整/手动调整),等温淬火,淬火预冷;曲线记录以及打印等适应众多新型工艺的功能,最大程度满足客户工艺要求,并开发出夜间与白天模式自由切换,避免夜晚观察出错,新增加恢复出厂设置功能,即使参数错乱,即可一键恢复。

三、工艺界面介绍:

Introduction of process interface:

  工艺可设定100条以上,一次输入永久保存,自动生成工艺库。对于当前运行的PID曲线设置参数实时监控/反馈,并有暂停/运行/等待等功能,对于步号/工艺总剩余时间/步剩余时间/步温度/计划温度/步计划温度等参数实时监控。

工艺编制界面,人机对话方式,所见即所得。

The process can be set to more than 100 pcs, once inputted and stored permanently, and the process library can be automatically generated. 工艺曲线在工控机内可保存30天,可选择性手动删除,在记录页面可随时查找30天内工艺曲线。保证产品工艺追溯性,工艺调整性。

4. Process history curve interface:

五、报警界面

   设备出现报警后,报警框内出现故障点、以及报警时间,方便操作人员快速判断设备故障点,从而快速解决。

   故障报警点主要有:

                    机械泵启动故障、运行故障

                    机械泵启动故障、运行故障

                    加热启动故障、运行故障、过流

                    风机启动故障、运行故障(气淬炉)

                    断水/断气/超温/电极断水

部分报警出现时设备自动停机并报警,次要报警出现时设备报警,人工干预无效时设备人工停机。

5. Alarm Interface

When some alarms occur, the equipment stops automatically and alarms. When the secondary alarms occur, the equipment alarms. When the manual intervention is invalid, the equipment will be shut down manually.
